Picnic Shelters
**CLEANUP VERIFICATION PROCESS**
Due to recurring problems with trash being left after rentals and in lieu of implementing a damage deposit, we are requiring all rentals to take a picture of the shelter after their rental concludes and submit the picture via email to recreationonline@maplewoodmn.gov.
This will ensure that your group does not get added to the “do not rent list” because of issues that may occur after your rental concludes. Thank you for cleaning up!
The City of Maplewood has picnic facilities at several of their parks. Picnic shelter rentals are available for groups of 50 or less.
Picnic shelters not listed below are a "first come, first served" shelter for regular usage by patrons. This does not apply to large organized events.
We accept reservations for picnic shelters up until noon on the Wednesday prior to each weekend.
