Before dividing any tract of land into 4 or more lots, a sub-divider shall submit a preliminary plat application to Planning Staff. Staff will prepare a report which will be forwarded to the Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council who will then hold a public hearing on the application.
