Board Objectives

Responsibilities

The Maplewood Community Design Review Board (CDRB) is a 5-member advisory committee to the city council. The CDRB reviews building design, site plans, and landscape for proposed multi-family, commercial and industrial development in Maplewood. 

Goals

The CDRB's goal is to approve attractive developments in architectural design, the use of proper landscape materials and a functional and attractive layout. 

Joining the Board

The City Council appoints residents who volunteer to serve on city commissions and boards. If you are interested in becoming a member of one of these groups, call City Hall at 651-249-2000 or email us for more information.
