About the Project:

The Gervais Area Pavement Rehabilitation was completed in the fall of 2022. This project included the removal and replacement of the failing street pavement, spot replacement of severely deteriorated sections of concrete curb and gutter, minor upgrades to the storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems, replacement of the existing cast iron water main in portions of the project, the installation of a sidewalk on the north side of 11^th Avenue from White Bear Avenue to Ariel Street, and the installation of a sidewalk along the east side of Ariel Street from County Road C to 9th Avenue.

Project Status: 

Construction on this project occurred from late May through early November of 2022.
