The proposed building will be four stories tall with a flat roof, over an enclosed below-grade garage. The entire project is within the Shoreland Overlay area. A new multi-unit residential building in Maplewood requires design review by the CDRB and the applicant has requested review of a Planned Unit Development by the Planning Commission.
