July Geo Explorers Challenge
*Please remember to follow proper social distancing guidelines while completing your challenges*
The July Geo Explorers Challenge is to find a minimum of 8 geocaches within Maplewood parks and open spaces. Your challenge packet will be emailed to all registrants prior to the challenge start. These will include your geocache passport of 20 caches, coordinates and Google Map links and challenge rules. The GPS coordinates will get you close to the geocache. Once you are at the coordinate you will have to start looking for the geocache, which will be a clear Ziploc container with.
Along the way we will encourage participants to share their progress through pictures that will be shared here and on our social media platforms. Participants will also be asked for weekly progress updates which will be compiled in our "Challenge Progress Log".

All you need to do is click the link next to each location on your geocache passport, and a drop pin will appear on your Google Maps app. Then hit "start" and the app will give you directions to the park. Once you are at the park, start walking towards the drop pin and begin your search for the cache!
