Mailand-Crestview Forest Area Pavement Rehabilitation, City Project 18-27, is a pavement rehabilitation project with construction scheduled for July through September 2019. The project includes many different improvements to the neighborhood street and utility infrastructure including the installation of new pavement, the full depth reclamation (grinding) of existing pavement and underlying aggregate base, the spot replacement of deteriorated concrete curb and gutter, and upgrades to the storm sewer system.
Project Status Update: July 22, 2019
The contractor has milled the first layer of pavement off of Mailand Road in preparation for full depth reclamation. Reclamation of Mailand Road, Mary Street and Mary Lane is scheduled to begin on July 23, 2019. The replacement of deteriorated concrete curb and gutter will start shortly thereafter.
