Farrell-Ferndale Street Improvements

Project Status Update:

Project Status Update: (7/22/2019)

The contractor is currently placing topsoil and sod along Mayhill Road and 7th Street. This work should be completed by the end of the week. Rainwater gardens along Mayhill Road will be installed this week as well. Once this work is completed, the final layer of asphalt will be installed on these roads.

The final layer of asphalt has been installed on all streets south of Minnehaha Avenue. Remaining work in this area includes the installation of plants in the Lion's Park rainwater garden and miscellaneous warranty repairs.

The construction of a sidewalk along the north side of Minnehaha Avenue, from Mary Street to Mayhill Road has begun. This sidewalk will be completed in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue to work on improving your neighborhood!
