Our non-profit volunteer-based Store-to-Door Grocery Shopping and Delivery service, Handyman service and (beginning Summer 2017) Transportation service assists seniors and individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence so they can continue to live in their own homes. To register for any of these services or for more information, please call 651-642-1892.
We offer information and supports to help people who are over 65 and their families make decisions about how to live safely in the community, or to find a care setting.
The Area Agencies provide a free information and assistance service called the Senior LinkAge Line that assists older adults and their caregivers with a variety of options for living independently. The Senior LinkAge Line can be accessed at 800-333-2433. The Senior LinkAge Line is also the point of contact for prescription drug assistance.
