SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 10:00AM-NOON Learn about snowshoes, strap on a pair, and walk with a naturalist through our Winter Wonderland. Instruction and snowshoes provided. Wear sturdy winter boots and bring your own mug for hot cocoa. *Note: if snow is scarce, we will hike to search for animal tracks. Fee: $5/person, prepay by Thursday, Feb 8.

Recreation Calendar

  1. Youth Basketball League

    February 10, 2018, All Day

    Grades 3-8. This recreational league is for girls and boys grades 3-8 (as of the 17/18 school year) and is designed to provide all participants with an opportunity to have fun, learn basic basketball skills, and learn how to play as a team. Boys and girls will play in separate leagues according to their grade level. Teams will play other teams from Little Canada, Oakdale, Mendota Heights, Cottage Grove, Stillwater, White Bear Lake, Mahtomedi, and more! The 3rd and 4th grade divisions will play their games with 9' baskets to provide a positive and rewarding experience for the participant. The 5th-8th grade divisions will use regulation 10' baskets. Games are played Saturday mornings and afternoons beginning in early December and concluding in early March. Teams will have one practice night per week during the season. Teams will begin practice in November. Registration deadline is October 20.
