    Ages 16+. T'ai Chi Ch'uan, practiced in China for 2500 years, uses slow, relaxed movements to develop strength while eliminating tension. While doing so, you will strengthen your arms and legs, improve balance and flexibility, reduce stress, and help increase energy levels. A growing body of research also suggests that practicing T'ai Chi Ch'uan has many benefits, resulting in relaxation, improved balance, and a significant improvement in quality of life! Come experience the benefits for yourself! Class is taught with a traditional set of training ideals by Gold T'ai Chi Ch'uan group Head Instructor, Elaine Schrade.
